Having experience of local authority requirements, we can prepare and submit your planning application on your behalf to help make sure it is successful and stress free.

We can help gain Building Regulations approval by preparing all the required documentation and detail drawings, including specifying materials and construction build-ups.

Our first step is normally to survey your existing property or site. This enables us to create accurate drawings and visualisations as well as a walk-through 3D model of your house.

We use state-of-the-art software to create accurate CAD drawings and 3D models of our designs. We can either base this on our own survey or convert existing drawings.

We will prepare a thorough tender pack of drawings and specifications and help manage the selection process to make sure you find the right builder for your job.

During construction, we can oversee your building contract and make regular site visits to monitor progress and help ensure your project stays on time and on budget.

We help coordinate any other members of the design team, such as structural engineer, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing), interior designer and landscape designer.

We help ensure that both the construction process and the final building are safe through proactive risk identification and mitigation in line with CDM Regulations 2015.
