'Piggyback' Loft Conversion, Norbiton

3D render of piggyback loft interior bedroom

A "piggyback" is where the rear portion of the roof is raised by up to 1.3m, and is an ideal solution for properties with insufficient head height in the loft for a standard dormer conversion. They're quite common in the Kingston area and you can read more about them in our Guide to Piggyback Loft Conversions.
